Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your item, choose your preferences and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at pricesaver247@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, the order will already be in processing and cannot be modified.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account and visit My Orders to track your shipment at any time.
Why has my order not arrived yet?
Delivery times vary by location. Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us — Canada and USA: 7–15 business days, UK: 10–20 days, rest of world: 15–30 days. If your estimated window has passed, contact us at pricesaver247@gmail.com with your order number.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times from dispatch vary by region:
- Canada & USA — 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom — 10–20 business days
- Nigeria — 15–30 business days
- UAE & Middle East — 10–20 business days
- Singapore & Asia — 10–20 business days
- Rest of World — 15–30 business days
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. DealPick ships to customers worldwide. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times. All orders include tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over CA$30 using code SHIPON30 at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below CA$30.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. DealPick has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Contact us first at pricesaver247@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Payments
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely via PayPal Express Checkout and Shopify Payments. We never store your card details. All pages are SSL encrypted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. More payment options are being added.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your card provider will convert at the prevailing exchange rate if you are paying in another currency.
Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All DealPick products are sourced from verified suppliers and quality-checked before listing. We stand behind every product we sell.
How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered instantly to your email address upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your digital product within 1 hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
